Health Professions Society Meeting

CHANGED TO FRIDAY September 29th

Welcome to the HEALTH PROFESSIONS SOCIETY!

We are now alive! Welcome to the new club, the Health Professions Society. We are a new society for those that are wanting to pursue any career within healthcare. All are welcome, from any major. We will be working closely with the existing Pre-Health Society and aim to have many collaborative events together. The main goal of this society is to assist the students with being a more competitive applicant when it's time for them to apply. This means education and exposure to all of the health professions, as well as holistic assistance, that is assistance with volunteering, shadowing and research. We will have workshops on resume writing, personal essay writing and interview techniques.

A big thank you to all who attended the first "pre-existing" meeting of the club. Your interest and efforts have allowed us to be alive!

There's a lot going on this month. We have our very first meeting, a trip to MUSC, and a Study Abroad in Healthcare program opportunity to learn about. Get the details below. Anything requiring a response, you may RSVP at imams1@citadel.edu.
