Chair of Honor Assembly Arcola Intermediate School
On Friday, February 8th at 8:15, Arcola Intermediate School will be holding an assembly to recognize those who serve/have served our country as members of the military. The staff and students will be dedicating a Chair of Honor in the newly refurbished Arcola auditorium as part of this program. A Chair of Honor is an unoccupied chair that is a memorial to all the brave men and women who served in the military of this great nation, but have not returned home to us. It symbolizes there will always be a seat in Arcola awaiting their return.
Community members are welcome to attend – please be prepared to sign in upon arrival (with driver’s license) in the Arcola Main Office.
