Scholars will be welcomed back to the building next Monday, March 1, 2021 from 8:00-2:00 p.m. for Hybrid Learning. You will receive your scholars schedule along with the days they will be attending this week.
- Wednesday will be a day for Virtual scholars only.
- We will have scholars grouped by A days (Monday & Tuesday) , B days (Thursday and Friday).
- Our building will be closed every Wednesday to allow for deep sanitation and cleaning.
- Scholars may wear any color polo shirt and khaki pants/skirts.
- Be sure that your scholar is ONLY attending on his/her SCHEDULED day(s). In order to ensure we maintain numbers and follow social distancing protocols, we need your HELP in adhering strictly to the schedules you have received.
- Breakfast and lunch may be picked up Monday from 10:00-2:00 p.m.
- We will be hosting a Back to School Parent meeting this Thursday February 25, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

**Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00-2:00 pm. The front office will close promptly at 2:00 pm each day to allow time to prepare for dismissal.**
Parents please be advised that if you have moved in the last 6 months, make sure you have provided current proof of residency, also update contact information as well as e-mail.
Columbus City Schools Transportation
Step One: In preparation for our return to Hybrid or face to face classes, please complete the online application NOW for a Columbus City Schools transportation route at: https://www.ccsoh.us/Page/4818 --An email address is required for registration.
***Returning families, please check your CCS Transportation portal to make sure your information is up to date.
Step Two: You should receive an email with a link to complete your online application.
Step Three: Then you should receive an email confirmation that your application has been submitted.
Step Four: CCS Transportation will send your student’s route information separately.
