Role of Women
Some women disguised themselves as men to participate in the revolution and to become soldiers who fought rather than just "assisting" the soldiers or being nurses and seamstresses.
Declaration of Independence
The writing in the Declaration of Independence did not all resort from Thomas Jefferson; most of the DOI was based of John Locke's Treatises of Civil Government.
After a while slaves could be liberated by their individual masters and any slave that fought in the Revolution was set free.
Effects of the Revolution
