A Quick Word...
Can you believe we are have way through October?! Again, I can't tell you how proud I am of the work each of you are doing with kids. Sitting with each grade level last week in RTI and hearing you talk/plan/goal set for each kid was so amazing to hear. The level of instruction has increased and our kids are benefiting from it. Not only are our students benefiting from it, but you are growing as professionals and experts in the classroom. A week does not go by where someone from upper administration or curriculum and instruction brags on our staff. Your level of professionalism and focus on high level tier 1 instruction has not gone unnoticed! Greatness is happening everyday and it is because of YOU!! I challenge you to keep growing and keep raising the bar for the level of instruction you plan and expect in your classroom. We are all learning together and it shows!
From me to you...and you to students...
"A person who feels appreciated will always do more than is expected."
I appreciate you more than you will ever know,
Kelsey

Teacher To-Do List: If you have it GREAT, if you need to do it that's great too!
-Complete TTESS Google form for your preference of observation time frame.
-Team Leaders, send me data for number of parent conferences completed by grade level.
THANK YOU!
Attendance
Our attendance has been VERY LOW in the past week! Our daily goal is 98% and last week we were at 94%. Remember attendance = funding. I challenge your grade level to come up with an incentive for kids to get here! Feel free to throw me in there if needed:)
Be RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE, and SAFE
Help hold kids accountable to this. We are a family and all need to help each other. If you see a kid not following expectations, take it as a teaching moment to remind them about the expectations. Thank you for your help with this!
