A Message from Dr. Lowry
Happy Sunday Timberwolves! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
This past week was an exciting one as we started to talk about course selection and the 2021-2022 school year. Be sure to check out the newsletter to see all the important deadlines and information about course selections for next school year. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s counselor.
With that being said, next week is counselor appreciation week. Our counselors and their secretary are absolutely vital to the success of our campus. Please make sure you take some time this week to let them know how much we appreciate them here at WCJH.
Furthermore, the window to change your child’s instructional delivery setting for the 5th Six Weeks is currently open and will remain open until Monday, February 8th. The link to this form can be found on the school’s home page. Know that regardless of what environment your child learns in, we are here to support your child and if there is anything we can do to assist, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Take care and GO TIMBERWOLVES!

WCJH FIRST YEAR TEACHERS
On February 3rd, the district is celebrating the 1st year teachers completing their first semester of teaching. This is a HUGE endeavor any year, but even more so this year. Is it possible to share our gratitude in both the Timberwolf Times & the Alpha Insider? I take their first day pictures for later use. Here’s the slide that will be shared on the celebration night with others in the district.

Free and Reduced Lunch Application
Due to the impact of COVID-19, Katy ISD is providing a free breakfast and lunch to all students through the end of June. However, since the free meal waiver for all students expires on June 30, we want to make sure that students who were eligible for free and reduced meals last school year continue to receive free meals as we continue into the start of the new school year. Student meal eligibility also contributes to additional funding for your child’s campus and the district.
The Free & Reduced Lunch application can be completed in your student’s SchoolCafe account here.
