Cecil's Principal for a Day program is a joint initiative between the Business and Education Partnership Advisory Council (BEPAC) and Cecil County Public Schools. The purpose of the program is to strengthen relationships between schools and the greater community by giving an inside look at the daily operation of today’s public schools supporting today’s students.
Participants include business representatives, elected officials, and community leaders. Cecil's Principal for a Day participants will shadow a school principal in typical day-to-day activities and interact with students and staff, providing participants with a first-hand and current school experience. This is also an opportunity for both the school principal and the participant to discuss each of their respective roles, the preparation of the future workforce, and potential future partnership initiatives. Visits can be either for the full day or for a half-day. Complete the interest form by clicking on the "I WANT TO PARTICIPATE" button below.
