Student Technology: Updates and Reminders
- Parents/Guardians can now submit support tickets for their students by sending an email to helpdesk@pusd.us
- Extended helpdesk calling hours, 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday (626)396-3699
- Students and staff can still submit support tickets at gopusd.com/helpdesk
New Students:
Once enrolled it can take a student 24-48 hrs to gain access to all of our instructional applications. If, after that time, your student is still not able to access their applications, please submit a support ticket with our helpdesk.
WiFi Hotspots:
We have received our hotspots and our tech team is preparing each device. Once the hotspots are set up ITS will reach out to each requester to make appointments for pick up at our Curbside Tech Support location.

Aeries Gradebook Sync with Canvas: If you want to setup grade sync between Canvas and Aeries you can watch THIS video to learn how. If you are experiencing difficulties please attend our office hours for support. Click Here for more information.
Hapara: We have been able to resolve the issue we were seeing with the Hapara extension on student accounts. All teachers should be able to support students through this tool if the students are logged into a Chromebook or a Chrome browser.

Other Webex tricks and tips:
- Using the downloaded application will give you access to the full set of management tools. (not available on Chromebooks)
- Be sure to close any other tabs not needed during your Webex meeting so that it runs smoothly.
- Update your recording settings in the Webex portal.
- Pull detailed Meeting reports in the Webex portal.
