High School Information
TSIA Retake (9th & 10th Graders)
This section is for scholars that were not successful on their TSIA test. This email has been shared with the specific parents and scholars.
You will be taking one or more TSI tests this week. The TSI Assessment (TSIA) is part of the Texas Success Initiative enacted by the Texas State Legislature and designed to determine a student’s readiness for college-level coursework in the general areas of reading, writing, and mathematics.
Please log in to your Accuplacer account and continue completing the lessons to help your prepare to do your best. You may also continue using your workbooks for additional practice. Both tests will be administered on our campus; please report to school by 8:00. Testing room locations will be posted on the campus.
Math - Wednesday, March 30th
Reading - Friday, April 1st

- Ensure your scholar engages in independent practice for every subject required. How to Access TSIA Study Materials

CONCERNS?
Parties wishing to contact an administator regarding a specific teacher or student are encouraged to resolve the matter by following the steps below:
Step One: Contact the teacher and have a meeting/phone conference
Step Two: Contact the Grade level principal (6-8, Dr. Johnson, Grades 9-12 Mrs. Dunn) (discipline concerns) or Counselor (schedule/grades/mental health/academic advisement)
Step Three: Contact the Principal (if a school-wide concern, this becomes step one)
Campus Norms
- Reminder: No outside food. Scholars may bring lunch but no orders will be placed or sent to the campus. Any outside food will be given to scholars at the close of the business day.
