Message from Mr. Gates
What a week!!! I want to thank everyone who helped make Homecoming 2019 a huge success. This week our campus will be participating in the National Day of Testing on Wednesday. Freshmen and Juniors will take the P-SAT, and Sophomores will take thee P-ACT. We also have almost 300 Seniors who signed up for the school day SAT. Please make sure your student is well rested and ready to perform their best on Wednesday. Seniors who are not taking the SAT, will need to report to the MHS auditorium at 9:27 for second period. We will provide those students with some post-secondary training until lunch when testing is over. We will then have a normal day for 5th, 6th, and 7th period. Go2 and GoPanthers!!!!!!!!

National Digital Citizenship Week
This week is National Digital Citizenship week. Digital citizenship is about much more than just being safe online. Similar to traditional citizenship, digital citizenship refers to the ways in which we use our digital devices to participate in and contribute to digital communities and spaces. Talk to your students about being informed, civil participants in online communities and about the responsible use of technology. For more information on ways that digital citizenship is similar to traditional citizenship, click here. For more resources about teaching your children how to be good digital citizens, click here.
