April 2023
From the Admin Team
We hope that you had a relaxing and enjoyable Spring Break. Our staff is ready to end the year by providing rigorous instruction full of fun activities for the fourth quarter. Please be sure to read your child’s report card comments as teachers spent a great deal of time personalizing each comment to support your child.
Mark your calendars: We are holding Pre-K and Kindergarten registration on May 15th and May 16th. Please contact the office ASAP to schedule your appointment time. We also have great news that our Pre-K will be full day for the 23/24 school year. Children must be 4 years old by Sept. 1st to attend Pre-K.
Remember, attendance is a key indicator of high school graduation. Please be sure your child attends school everyday unless they have a fever. If we can support you in anyway, contact your child’s teacher, the school counselor, Mrs. Ament, the administration, or front office.

What have been some of your favorite moments coaching kids at Sandalwood?
My favorite moments at Sandalwood is when the kids workout for a few minutes and think they are ready to challenge the fitness coaches. We adore their confidence. -Coach Derrick
My favorite moments coaching the kids at Sandlewood are when they learn something new and express that they loved what they’ve learned. For example, teaching them a new football play or a new way to play basketball and then listening to how much they liked it and want to try it again brings me joy. -Coach Aaron
Is there anything else you would like to share with the Sandalwood community?
