A bachelor's degree in Science, Studio Arts, Engineering and a master in Architecture. Graduates of professional architecture programs must train under a licensed architect and earn a total of 700 internship units before receiving their license. Each internship unit is equal to eight hours of training, and it typically takes three years of full-time work to complete the 700 units.

Architects usually work in a comfortable environment. Most of their time is spent in offices consulting with clients, developing reports and drawings, and working with other architects and engineers. However, they often visit construction sites to review the progress of projects. Although most architects work approximately 40 hours per week, they often have to work nights and weekends to meet deadlines.

Why I want to be an Architect...
I want to be an Architect because, I have always liked building designs and solving problems. I am very creative and good with people and listening. The only bad thing is, I'm not a good decision maker. But besides that, I think this job suits me perfectly.
Being an Architect is my Dream job because...
I've thought about different careers before such as, Graphic Designer, Lawyer or a Teacher. But being an Architect is my dream job because, it includes all of the things I am good at, it suits me, it's a comfortable working environment and it's pretty good money.
