Welcome to Week 2!

You are one week down and we hope you had a good taste and introduction to the Anne Carragher Wellness Challenge! This upcoming week will focus on the dimension of physical wellness. Throughout this week, take time to reflect on your physical wellness efforts. Points for physical wellness challenges will count as double this week!

Hawks Around the World Photography Exhibit

All Week |All Day | STCN 3rd Floor | 2 points

This past summer Redzone challenged its members to take the hawk with them wherever they traveled. Check out this gallery any time this week! To earn your wellness challenge points: make the hawk in front of the exhibit, take a photo, and post it to social media using #SUWellnessChallenge and #RocktheRedSU

Take a Yoga Class

All Week | Various | Fitness Center | 7 points

With about 20 different yoga classes at the fitness center every week select one at a time and skill level that work well for you and try one out. Double dip points for physical activity and this yoga class. More info & Sign up >>

Roots of Nutrition: Eat Healthy at C-Street

Stop by Wellness and Health Promotion this week to pick up a nutritional and delicious menu of C-Street options prepared by HAWC. Learn about how cultures eat healthy and easy ways you can eat healthy on campus!

Do you have outdoor gear that you want, or want to trade up? Now is your chance! Make money, get paid! Nothing to SELL, you can BUY new-to-you equipment at good prices! We’ll have a plethora of stuff including backpacks, bikes, skis, clothing, and more. Enjoy raffle drawings for sweet prizes (including lift tickets, climbing passes, free OAR trips, ski films, etc.).
