7th Grade Austin Trip

Hats off to our AMAZING 7th graders! We received so many compliments about our 7th graders. A teacher from another school found one of our students cleaning up a huge mess (made by another school) in the restroom and proceeded to help the younger students wash and dry their hands. Thanks for representing us well, Ali Berry! Trey Rowe got us some positive attention as well with all of his thorough answers while on the tours at the Capitol! Every time I turned we were receiving compliments on our students' citizenship, knowledge, and overall appearance and composure. I'll make sure to relay these messages to the SMG school principal and pastor! :) Thank you to our 7th grade parents, students, and chaperones for a fantastic trip!

Photos above were prepared and submitted by 7th Grade Student, Brett Tipler.

SPIRIT GAMES

On Sunday, April 30, 2017, SMG will once again participate in the Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation Spirit Games. This foundation has been a tremendous help in offering financial assistance to those families seeking the traditional values and academic excellence SMG offers to students and families. At present, the Stephen Breen Foundation has helped several SMG families with tuition assistance. This is an incredible blessing, and we are so very grateful for the help received from the foundation. We would like to be the number one participating school this year to show our gratitude! Please visit the SMG website and click on the Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation link to register online for this fun-filled event. Students may wear their Stephen Breen Memorial Foundation Spirit Game t-shirts to school on Friday spirit days.

See you on Sunday, April 30th to celebrate Mass with the Bishop on Nolan's football field, enjoy live music by our very own Mr. Smith, and have lots of fun with SMG's sponsored dunk booth along with many other booth activities and field events!
