Parking Lot Reminders for Student Safety
- Parents, please only cross at the crosswalk. This is for when you are walking to the school to get your student(s) or with your student(s) as you walk back to your car. We have had some parents walking in between cars which increases the possibility of an accident happening.
- If you are going to need to get out of your car to un-buckle OR buckle up your child we would ask that you park instead of using the pick-up lane. This will keep the flow of pick-up moving smoothly.

BOX TOP$
We are once again collecting box tops for Trinity. This is a great way for Trinity to earn some extra money. We have a goal of $500 again this year. If you do have any physical box tops still floating around, please be sure to send those with your son/daughter so we can turn those in. As we did last year, Box Tops for Education has transitioned to scanning receipts for earning. There are instructions below on how to put the app on your phone and scan receipts. If you are not comfortable with doing that, please send in receipts that contain Box Top eligible products and we will scan them. Help us reach our goal this year!
Thanks again!

TRINITY YOUTH GROUP
NEW Youth Ministries Director
We welcome our new Youth Ministries Director, Mr. Casey Pufahl. Mr. Pufahl is no stranger to Trinity. You have probably seen him help out with the music ministry and give youth Bible studies on Sunday mornings. Mr. Pufahl is married to Mrs. Pufahl, who happens to be our Fourth-grade teacher. Mr. Pufahl is also a teacher at Wisconsin Lutheran High School in Milwaukee. “I am so thankful to God and the Administration of Trinity for the experience to work directly with our youth programs,” said Pufahl. “I am very grateful for the work Mrs. Laura Reinke has done with the Youth Ministries in the past, and I look forward to seeing what God has in store for the future.”
Parents/Guardians and youth should feel free to contact Mr. Pufahl directly regarding Youth Ministries at Trinity, email him at youthgroup@trinitywels.com
Communications
One of the essential components to achieving excellence is clear and consistent communication. Mr. Pufahl and the Youth Ministry Team is evaluating different methods of communication, so students and parents always know what’s happening with Youth Ministries. At this point, the two most efficient ways of communicating are email and visiting the Trinity Youth Group Webpage, which is found on the Trinity website: trinitywaukesha.com/youth
Please make sure to email Mr. Pufahl with any questions, concerns, or troubles you may have and need help. Mr. Pufahl is here for you, prays for you, and is dedicated to serve you in your faith journey.

New WELS Waukesha Campus Ministry Launch 9/17 at 8:30 pm
Are you a college student going to school in the Waukesha area? Then, come to Campus Ministry (CM). Trinity generously supports our WELS Waukesha Campus Ministry that meets on the campus of Carroll University. This CM is an official registered org and is a pool of 110+ college students who meet for Bible studies, fun mixer events, service to the community, and networking with fellow Christians. Usually, we get an energetic group of 15-30 students who gather together monthly, and many of them do come for worship at Trinity. Even though COVID-19 has made gatherings tricky, we look to welcome Carroll students for in-person gatherings and non-Carroll students can join us right now for Zoom access. Our kick-off meeting will be Thursday, September 17th at 8:30 pm in a new place, Hastad building, room #160 (so we can safely socially distance). Like more info? Contact President David Burgess 715-393-9544 or volunteer Campus Pastor O 262-442-8568 and let them know you are interested. This year, WELS is celebrating CM100, celebrating one hundred years of God’s grace on 500+ campuses across the country. Check out: https://wels.net/campus-ministry-100th-anniversary/
Good news! Bible study is starting again. Social distance and with masks, but I think we can persevere!
When: Thursday, September 10 at 8:30 AM
Where: Trinity Room
Topic: Coffee with the Savior
RSVP: Due to distancing requirements, a headcount would be really helpful. If you can let Joyce (joycebaer@att.net) or I (vasatko5@yahoo.com) know if you plan to come, we would appreciate it!
If someone is interested in joining the conversation, but does not want to be there in person. I can see if we can do a google hangout. If you want that as an option, please let me know so I can check into the internet, etc.
What does this provide for you?
• A biblical look at the close relationship between Moses and God and how women can follow that example in their own relationship with Christ.
• A source of Scriptural encouragement. This study includes both corporate and personal study time, drawing women into God’s Word on a daily basis.
• A good excuse to drink coffee.
What is it?
Coffee with the Savior is about relationships. Women long for the fulfillment of a relationship with their Savior. This study helps show the way using the example of Moses' relationship to the Lord God.
The study is inspired by Jeremiah 29:12–13: “Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.” (ESV®)
Topics include God’s desire that we come to Him, that we pray to Him, and that we receive His gifts. The concluding chapter encourages women to continue her commitment through dedicated personal study of God's Word and recognize her value in the Body of Christ.
Looking forward to studying God’s word with all of you again.
Blessings,
Karen

Brand New Sessions of Growth Group Starting: Trinity welcomes you to sign-up for new Fall sessions of our fun, social, small-group Bible studies called: Growth Groups which are launching for four weeks beginning September 21-27th, usually in member homes (usually patios). These groups of @6-15 people are Bible studies that are based on the weekly sermon that especially help new members connect to our congregation. Following a pattern of 15 minutes of socializing and 45 minutes of Bible study, these studies really make a huge difference in the lives of every one who attends. They are primarily grouped by age: 20-somethings, 30-somethings, 40-somethings, and 50-plus somethings (although any one can join any group). Sign-up immediately at http://bit.ly/GG20September to get your preferred date/time.
