- provide students with a world-wide view on cultural diversity with emphasis on N.Z culture.

- classroom is set on a foundation of success to achieve desired goals.

- positive behavior and success is acknowledged. discrimination and negative actions will not be excepted and will require consequences.

- common goals must be designed collectively with all participants interests in mind.
- all students are accountable for their effort, dedication and commitment. collectively as a class, we will offer support to get those needing a hand to get back on the Waka matauranga.
