Venice, Italy

Why go to Italy?

I would want to go to Italy because that is where my ancestors lived until about 1907. Also that is where Pope Francis and the Vatican is.

History: Write a brief history about your destination.

The migrations of Indo-European people into Italy probably began around 2000 B.C. and continued until 1000 B.C. From about the 9th century B.C. about until it was overthrown by the Romans in the 3rd century B.C.

Problems and Solutions: While traveling a problem may occur, think about those problems and how you would solve them.

I think the biggest problem would be losing my luggage on the plane on the way there. It would be really hard to find it but that's why I would keep my phone, my wallet and pretty much everything except for my clothes with me. Also it is going to be very hard to drive on the opposite side of the road. I'll solve that by trying to use public transportation as much as I can. If it happens ( it probably will), when either Cody or I get lost we will meet back at the hotel. One more big problem would be if I got arrested. It probably not happen but if it does then I'll have Cody bail me out if he has enough money.

In my trip to Venice I will do plenty of fun and cool things. All of it will be with one of my great friends Cody Mastay even though it will cost a lot more money than just me by myself. I chose him because he is the most awesome person ever and he is the best friend that I have. I spent my money mostly on the flights and hotels. Still a lot of the money went to the activities but I was very surprised how cheap the food was. I was thinking that it would cost around $9000, but it was only around $7500.
