Enrollment Impact of Furst Ranch on Argyle ISD
Argyle ISD would like to update its families and community with the latest information and enrollment projections in regard to the proposed Furst Ranch development in southern Argyle.
Furst Ranch is a master-planned community development that includes more than 2,000 acres at the intersection of FM 1171 and State Highway 377. The entire property is all within the Argyle ISD boundaries and is land owned by former Argyle ISD parent Jack Furst. The development is still in the planning stages and includes the municipalities for Argyle, Bartonville and Flower Mound.
"While the Furst Ranch development is still in the planning phases, we are having on-going discussions of its potential impact on our district and community by assessing the projected enrollment impact for long-range planning purposes," said Dr. Telena Wright, Argyle ISD Superintendent."
