Lost & Found Items

We have many coats, sweatshirts, hats, and gloves in our Lost and Found.

Unclaimed items will be donated in April.
Remember to put your child's name on all personal items so they can be returned if misplaced rather than being placed in the Lost & Found.

Health & Safety Reminders

As Flu season is upon us, here are a few reminders to keep you and your children healthy. We will be reinforcing good hygiene practices in school and hope that you can reinforce at home.

  • Flu symptoms can include fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills, feeling tired and sometimes vomiting and diarrhea.
  • Flu vaccination is recommended for everyone 6 months and older every year.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes.
  • Wash your hands often.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Keep your child home from school for at least 24 hours after their fever is gone. (The fever should be gone without the use of a fever-reducing medicine.) A fever is defined as 100°F (37.8°C)* or higher.

Chittick Alumni

This fall, our neighbors at Chittick School were gifted with Murray A. Chittick’s personal writing desk. They will be unveiling the desk and many other personal artifacts on Thursday, March 30. In conjunction with Dr. Moran, they are also curating an artifact museum to capture the time period that the school has been in existence. The museum will also be open the day of the event.

If you or any member of your staff/family/friend group are alumni of Chittick School we are asking for a short video (see flyer) highlighting a favorite memory of the school. These can be sent to ehaney@ebnet.org

School Lunch - Share Table

The East Brunswick School District has resumed the use of Share Tables during meal service. The intent of the Share Table is to get food to our students that are food insecure. At the end of meal service, food at the Share Table will be turned over to the nurse’s office. Please feel free to share feedback and/or suggestions on this initiative that will hopefully have a positive impact on our students. Learn more about the Share Table initiative by watching this video.
