REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Profile Paperwork Pick-Up for Registration
8/10/17 - Profile Pick-Up; 8 a.m. -10 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Profiles will be available for pick-up in the front office during summer office hours during the rest of the week.
REGISTRATION DATES & TIMES
Turn in REQUIRED paperwork, take school photo, pick-up class schedule, school i.d., and books.
8/15/17 - 8th Grade; 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.; Academy Students 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m
8/16/17 - 7th Grade; 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.; Academy Students 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m
8/17/17 - 6th Grade; 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (all 6th Grade including Academy students)
8/21/17 - Make-Up Registration (if not able to attend date above);
All Grades - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
8/22/17 - New Student Orientation/BMMS Beginnings, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
8/23/17 - First Day of School - School begins at 7:35 a.m.
Students who could not register on their assigned registration day will go to make-up registration. If you cannot make either date, you will register on the first day of school beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Enrollment
Students entering BMMS for the 1st time from a different school district may drop off enrollment packets at the front office Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Please call the office for an enrollment appointment at 858-484-1300.

REGISTRATION
Students currently enrolled at BMMS (including Academy Students) AND all incoming 6th Graders. Please go to the district website, http://www.powayusd.com/en-US/Departments/Learning-Support/Enrollment/Continuing-Registration to download the following forms and information required for Registration.
- Signature Verification of Receipt of Documentation/Release of Information
- Student Health Form (7th Graders Only)
- Parent Pledge (Print and return, if desired).
- Megan's Law Forms (required for New PUSD volunteers. Previous volunteers can fill out transfer request form.
ALSO REQUIRED (not found on website)
- Student Registration Form/Profile; please make any corrections directly on form. Any address changes require two documents as proof of residency.
- Tdap - Students entering 7th grade REQUIRED to show proof of having Tdap vaccination. Students will not be able to register or start school without proof of Tdap vaccination.
