Education Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- One (1) confidential educational placement

- Professional development conferences
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, and budgetary transfers
- Bus and Van purchases
- Insurance claim contract change orders
- Work vehicle purchase
- Donation from the FWES PTA for the FWES playground
- FWES playground proposal
- EASTERN Center for Arts and Technology Budget for 2023-2024
- Three (3) year engagement with Gorman and Associates, P.C.
- Agreement with Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams for special education representation
- Settlement stipulation for 1175 Virginia Drive
- US Foods contract extension
- Food service staffing placement services agreement with School Operations Services Group
Personnel Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, retirements and resignations, leaves of absence, changes of status, and extracurriculars
Other Business Recommendations - The Board approved the calendar for school year 2023-2024.
Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in executive session on December 19, 2022 from 5:45 PM until 6:55 PM to discuss the personnel report included on the legislative agenda and UDEA negotiations.
