HFRCS Newsletter SY2021-2022
June 7, 2022 - Vol.1 Issue 42
From the Principal's Office
Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is hard to believe that this week our PK3, PK4 and Kindergarten students are completing their final days and are participating in Closing Ceremonies. Next week, our 8th grade students will graduate from Holy Family and will move on to high school. This year has gone by quickly! Our Kindergarten students had their Graduation Ceremony this afternoon at 4:00 PM in church. Our PK3 students will have their Closing Ceremony tomorrow at 9:30 AM in the Large Hall, and finally our PK4 students will be celebrating their Closing Ceremony at 10:00 AM in church. Best wishes to all!
This Friday is Spirit Day! Our students in grades 1-8 will be participating in fun outdoor competitions as Maroon takes on Gray! Parents are welcome to visit Spirit Day activities and watch the outdoor festivities. Please be mindful to allow the students room to compete and move to their various game stations and pray for a beautiful day!
At the conclusion of our Spirit Day festivities and at approximately 2:00 PM, we will have our Graduate Victory Lap! This is a final send off for our 8th grade graduates as they walk around the school receiving cheers and accolades from the rest of the student body. We are grateful for all of our 8th grade students, for their leadership and example, and we wish them well as they move onward in their educational journey.
Thursday, June 9 is an important date to remember. Thursday will be the last day for our breakfast and lunch program. Friday, June 10 and next week, students will need to bring a lunch and beverage. Also, Friday, June 10 is the last day for our morning and after-school CARES program. There is no AM or PM CARES starting on Monday, June 13. Please note that school doors open at 7:40 AM.
Next week, there is NO SCHOOL for grades 1-5 on Monday, June 13; and NO SCHOOL for grades 6-8 on Tuesday, June 14. On Thursday and Friday, June 16 and 17, we have an early dismissal at 11:30 AM. Both days, there will only be bus transportation at dismissal for students who ride Pennsbury and Neshaminy buses. All other students must be picked up by car.
These closing days are busy with many events and activities.
Please check today’s newsletter for more details and information.
Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Please note that it is the responsibility of the parents (lower grades)/students (upper grades) to be in contact with the teacher about a make up for a missed Final Exam. It is at the discretion of the teacher where and how the test will be made up. It is the responsibility of the parent/student to make this inquiry with the teacher.

If you, or anyone you know, is interested in touring the school over the summer, please contact the Enrollment Office to set one up. Tours during the summer can be scheduled Monday-Thursday from 9am-4pm.
To each of our families new to our community this year, thank you once again for choosing Holy Family Regional Catholic School. Our gratitude for your support knows no bounds and we look forward to creating more memories next school year!
