What causes a Concussion
A concussion is an injury to the brain caused by a blow to the head or by violent jarring or shaking. All these can make the brain touch the inside if your skull causing a concussion. If the impact affects the consciousness centers in the brain stem, then the person with concussion loses consciousness.
Treatment for a Concussions
Some treatment for a concussions are to get pleanty of sleep, physical and mental treatment, this means avoiding general physical exertion as well as activities that require mental concentration, such as playing video games, watching TV, texting or using a computer.
How to avoide it.
To avoide a concussion follow all rules for your head safety rules. If you have any equiment make sure its on right.
