Underclassmen Grades: All steps are important to ensure grade accuracy.
- Double check your final grade setups for E2 & F1 (very important) and that the final average is calculating properly.
- Grades and PowerTeacher online verification are due on Wednesday, June 19 at before you leave for the summer! Please confirm verification with Jen or Kristen before leaving.
- Q4 assignments need to be dated no later than Sunday June 16.
- Exam Grades (E2) need to be dated June 17th ONLY. This will allow the exam grade to show separately on the report card.
- Comments need to be recorded in the F1 column.
- If a student will be receiving an incomplete, make sure the term (Q4, E2, F1) is marked INCOMPLETE Otherwise, the student may receive credit for an incomplete course.
- If you have a student that has dropped from your class but remains on your roster, please see Guidance to drop the student. (If they aren’t removed, this will cause a student to receive credit for a class they did not complete.)
Senior Parking Spot Painting: The Class of 2020 will be painting the base coat of their parking spots on Monday, 11am-3pm! Please do not park in any of the numbered or previously painted spots on Monday morning. This includes the first four rows of parking from the left of the parking lot (up against the fence). The row right up against the fence will have 16 spots available, and the next three rows will each have 12 spots available. They are all numbered in yellow spray paint OR they were already painted by seniors this year.
End of Year Checklist: Please complete the End of Year Checklist and submit in the main office before you leave for the summer.
Book Rebinding: The cost for textbook rebinding is $11.50 per book. Please drop them off in Lauren's office by Wednesday.
Credit Recovery: If you have not done so already, please forward any names and work to the counseling center for credit recovery.
Evaluations: Please return your signed evaluation as soon as possible.
2019-20 Paperwork for Students: If you have things to pass out at the beginning of the year, please make sure it is in the main office before you leave for the summer so admin assistants can prepare beginning of school year packets accordingly.
2019-20 Teacher Schedules: When looking at your schedules for next year, please be aware of the following:
- Middle School students have not been loaded yet.
- Class sizes may change. We tried to even out class sizes as much as possible.
- We will be mindful of class sizes when registering new students. (Patti has already entered 18 new 9th graders into classes)
- Most Smith Vocational student schedules have been removed from class lists.
- Special Ed. shared para needs impacted class sizes.
