Welcome Back NCE!

October: Bullying Prevention Month!
National Bullying Prevention Month is a campaign in the United States founded in 2006 by PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center. The campaign is held during the month of October and unites communities nationwide to educate and raise awareness of bullying prevention.
The goal: encourage schools, communities and organizations to work together to stop bullying and cyberbullying by increasing awareness of the prevalence and impact of all forms of bullying on all children of all ages.
How do we promote an Anti-Bullying Culture at NCE?

Inclusion
Students think about ways that they can show inclusion of everyone at NCE. This may be in their classroom, on the playground, or at lunch!
Acceptance
Students learn the importance of accepting others who are different from you and how to embrace those differences to make our community a great place to be!
Bullying
Students are taught the difference between mean, rude, and bullying to ensure that they are able to differentiate between actions
