Club Updates

Student 2 Student Lunch Table

There is now a designated table in the cafeteria where any student can eat lunch with an S2S member. This table idea originated from students reporting that they did not have anyone to eat lunch with, and so that students new to Baldwin would have somewhere they could eat lunch as they began to meet and make friends with other Baldwin students. President Stefan Arredondo collected interest surveys from all club members and said, "By finding out what interests our members have, we can link all new students with an S2S member with their same interests who will be able to suggest activities the student might want to try at Baldwin and other people with similar interests."

Student Tour Guides

Student 2 Student Members will participate in a training on March 10th to become certified as a Baldwin tour guide. Upon completion of the training, students will receive a certificate that designates them as an official tour guide. This will allow students new to Baldwin to meet an S2S mentor when they first arrive at the school. It will ensure that each new student and their family receive a high-quality tour of the school by our student experts who will know many facets of what makes Baldwin the best school in Duval County. Vice President Payten McCall and Secretary Krystie Snype are the committee heads for organizing the training.
