THE GREAT INDIAN CULINARY CHALLENGE 2013 (GICC)
GICC is the Industry's professional food preparation competition, being organized at the national level, involving senior and apprentice chefs from India. The Challenge has been designed on an internationally modeled framework, the prime objective of the GICC is to establish a professional platform where culinary professionals across India could display their individual and collective skills, learn, share experiences, partner and network in a purely businesslike and competitive environment.
The Great Indian Culinary Challenge 2013 (7th Edition), is to be held from January 10th - 12st, 2013 at Food Hospitality World, Mumbai. GICC has been supported by the Western India Culinary Association (WICA) and features a renowned jury that includes international luminaries and six categories.
