Choir Fundraiser Form Due Tomorrow!

Moo Money Fundraiser Forms Needed!

We had to postpone our Moo Money Fundraiser by one day to accommodate the 8th grade field trip. This means you can still turn in your Fundraiser Form to the choir room. We will be making the texts and calls in class on Wednesday, November 17th.


Students with at least 10 names will get a small prize. Students with at least 20 names will get a large prize!

Husky Choir and Husky Band Fall Food Drive

Husky Choir and Band are collaborating on a Food Drive to benefit Harvest House and families in our area. Below is a list of the items needed in this drive. Please consider donating! Bring items to the choir room.


Please feel free to donate one or more of the following requested

and needed items from the HARVEST HOUSE:

Canned Green Beans

Instant Mashed Potatoes

Canned Sweet Potatoes / Yams

Canned Corn

Mac-N-Cheese (boxes)

Cream of Mushroom Soup

Canned Carrots or Mixed Vegetables

Brown Gravy Packets

Canned Chicken Broth

Canned Cranberry Sauce

Ready Made Stuffing (boxes)

Canned French Fried Onions

Salad Dressing (various)

Boxes Desserts

Water Enhancer (ex. Crystal Light)


The program that donates the most (percentage-wise) will win a class Fun Day!

Show your Husky Choir spirit and stay warm this Winter with a Husky Choir hoodie! Order forms with cash or check for $25 are due by December 3rd.


Order forms will be sent home with students tomorrow!

'Tis the Season Winter Concert

Tuesday, Dec. 7th, 7pm

100 Elk Drive

Burleson, TX

Our Hughes Husky Choirs will be back in the Burleson High School Auditorium for their Winter Concert performance on December 7th. This will run very similarly to the Fall Concert. It is required of all choir students, so make sure you mark your calendars!

More specific detailed information will be released closer to the concert date!

Husky Choir Holiday Party

Tuesday, Dec. 14th, 3:45-5:30pm

Hughes Middle School Choir Room

Husky Choir students are invited to the Husky Choir Holiday Party hosted by Choir Council.

Students will meet in the choir room after school for snacks, a gift exchange, games, singing, and socializing!


Students should bring:


  • a unisex wrapped gift (max $5 cost) (optional)
  • Snack or drink to share (more specific info coming soon)


Students who attend must stay in the choir room; they are not allowed to wander the building. Students are allowed to be picked up early if necessary but absolutely must be picked up by 5:30pm
