PTO NEWS
Coordinators Needed!
Are you interested in leading a project or initiative as a member of the PTO? We have multiple events and projects that need leaders and team members, including, but not limited to:
- Spirit Night Coordinators: Are you a Highway 66 Foodie?? How about coordinating our Spirit Nights with our generous donors like Dairi-O and Prissy Polly's? Don't get over that way much? Pitch us on the idea of other Spirit Nights (and agree to be the Coordinator...).
- Finance Committee Members: Is QuickBooks your playground? Do ledgers quake at the sound of your boots? We could really use your help.
- Bake Sale Coordinator and Committee Members: Muffins. Cookies. Lots of smiles and insulin spikes. We need you!
- Staff Lounge Coffee Bar Coordinator and Committee Members: Help us keep the Staff Lounge stocked with K-cups and coffee supplies. You know your kids...our teachers need caffeine!

These are only a few of the reasons why we are asking all students to not chew gum.

Volunteer Opportunities
CHAT
We have immediate openings for CHAT (Clerical Helpers Assisting Teachers) volunteers and are in need of a few team leaders. CHAT meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-10am to do things for our teachers, such as making copies, laminating, making booklets, cut-and-paste projects for crafts, etc. This is a fantastic way to directly help our teachers and students. Please contact Amber Brannon at Ambernbrannan@gmail.com or just show up on Tuesdays/Thursdays.
“Brandi’s List”
Please see here for current volunteer opportunities. We’re currently in need of help with VIC Card Linking Events and the upcoming GaGa Tournament.
