Pin Cancer Wrestling Event
On Saturday, November 12th, at 2:00 p.m., the world’s toughest sport is going to take on the world’s toughest opponent, CANCER. In Yellowjacket style, the Rockwall Wrestling team will compete against the Love Joy Leopards at the “War on the Shore”. This great event will feature wrestlers from our youth, middle school, and boy’s and girl’s high school wrestling programs. The “War on the Shore” will take place at the Harbor, on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Ray Hubbard.
RHS is doing this event in partnership with the Pin Cancer nonprofit organization. Pin Cancer raises funds for cancer research through the sport of wrestling. Our goal is to raise money to help fight cancer, with the proceeds going to the Pin Cancer organization. Local media and Flowrestling will be covering this event. For more information about Pin Cancer, please go to www.pincancer.org.
