Honey Badger and Honey Guide Bird
Where
They live in the sub-saharan part of Africa, the Middle East, and India in the savannas and jungles.
The badgers dig burrows for themselves and the birds live in the trees.
Relationship
The birds feed on beeswax and bee larvae. They depend on the badgers to break open a bees nest and make it easier for them to get to their food. The bird guides the badger to the nest because the badger can't find it on its own. The badger breaks apart the nest and eats the honey. After it is done, the bird is able to get its fill.
