Holy Trinity Families,
We had a busy week as we began our winter session of MAP testing. Quarter 3 and semester 2 begin on Tuesday, January 18th. It's hard to believe that we are already half way through the school year! Report cards will go live in your Gradelink accounts on January 26th.
It has been an exciting week down in junior high as our 8th graders submitted their high school applications. All schools in our area are represented with the class of 2022 attending the following high schools:
- Avon
- Avon Lake
- Elyria Catholic
- Gilmour Academy
- Magnificat
- St. Edward
- St. Ignatius
- St. Joseph Academy
- North Ridgeville
Have a great day and be safe if you are out and about.
Stay warm!

Number of students or staff in quarantine currently: 4
Quarantine Protocols: Updated 12/30/21
We will no longer be conducting contact tracing within the classrooms or in the lunchroom. We will only notify individual classrooms if there is a positive case within the class (per recommendations from LCPH)
The CDC recently reduced the quarantine guidelines as can be seen in the document (CDC guidelines).
If a student tests positive for Covid they will be required to stay home for 5 days. The first day of symptoms is considered day 0. If there are no symptoms, day of positive test taken is considered day 0. If they have no symptoms or improving symptoms they can return to school on day 6.
Students who are exposed by a household member and are vaccinated may return to school. (Must wear a mask for 10 days)
Students who are exposed by a household member and are not vaccinated will be required to stay home for 5 days. If symptom free they can return to school on day 6. If presenting symptoms they will need to test negative to return to school. (Must wear a mask for 10 days)
For more information on the revised guidelines from ODH please visit their website: CDC guidelines.
If you have chosen to vaccinate your child, please send a copy of their vaccination to noreen.woidke@htsavon.org for their file.
