Teaching our children confidence and perseverance
Thank you for your help and support this week as we had three virtual days of learning and two in person days. The kids will get back into the swing of our routine this week with Monday-Thursday in person and Friday is online. We know that transitions can be difficult for children and you are helping them to build their confidence that they can persevere through all these changes and the difficult times we are in. Thank you for reaching out to the teacher or counselor when your child is struggling and could use some additional support. We are here to help your family, so reach out if you need anything.
Thank you to everyone for making your program selection for next year. We recognize the difficulty and weight of this decision. I appreciate the conversations I was able to have with many families either through email, phone calls, or zoom. We did not have an overwhelming amount of students switching placements. Updated class rosters will be shared soon (I meet with the elementary principals Monday and we will determine the date we all will share them at the same time).
Please reach out if you have any questions, concerns, ideas, or if we can provide support in any way. Thank you for your partnership in keeping the Robinson community safe.
Take Care-
Angeline

Do you love Robinson and miss connecting with other families? Do you love a good challenge? Do you need an excuse to change things up from the COVID daily grind, well we’ve got just the event for you!
The hunt is on! Wear Robinson red and masks as you complete at least 12 of 16 scavenger hunt challenges throughout the Kirkwood community or at home. Or “black out” your entire scavenger hunt board! This is an interactive, family hunt where you can access a link to a shared Google Photos album to share, view, like and comment on pictures/videos as families complete challenges in real time. After finishing the hunt, head to Robinson for the Hot Cocoa Final “Curbside” Pit Stop.
