President's Welcome - Dr. Davis welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Community Input - The following topics were addressed during the first community input:

Minutes - The following minutes were included in the agenda:
- The Board approved the minutes from the February 28, 2022 Legislative meeting.
- The February 2022 committee meeting minutes were affirmed.
Education Committee/Curriculum/Technology/Student Services Recommendations -
The Board reviewed and approved the following:
- Enrollment Report
- Adoption of AP Textbooks
- Student Activities
- Professional development conferences
- Service agreement with Montgomery County Mobile Crisis Access Service
- Service agreement for Pennsylvania's Education for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness (ECYEH) Program through the Bucks County Intermediate Unit
- One (1) educational agreement
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - The Board approved the Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, budgetary transfers, and the obsolete list.
- Other matters - The Board accepted the proposal submitted by US Foods (Allentown) for the UDSD Grocery and Distribution RFP, approved an agreement with Element Environmental Solutions for asbestos abatement and monitoring during the SRMS main building demolition, authorized an agreement with CMTA energy solutions, an Energy Services Company (ESCO), to complete an investment grade audit, approved agreements with ICS Consulting, LLC for design and construction management services for the FWES storm damage repair project, and approved the final borrowing for the SRMS construction project and additional capital projects. The Board also approved an agreement with Wisler Pearlstine, LLP for continued services as District solicitor, one (1) residential settlement stipulation, a contract renewal with Incident IQ for District-wide management services for technology devices, and a three (3) year lease agreement for Chromebooks.
Personnel Report/Recommendations - The Board approved/affirmed the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, resignations, retirements, leaves of absence, changes of status, and extracurriculars.
- The Board also approved an internship facility agreement with KDBI.
Policy Committee Recommendations -
The Board approved the second reading of the following policies:
- Threat Assessment (236.1) (NEW)
- Implementing Equitable Practices (827)
The Board affirmed first reading of the following policies:
- Student Involvement in Decision-Making (232)
- Student Rights/Responsibilities (235)
Liaison Committee Reports - The Board reviewed the following informational reports:
- Montgomery County Intermediate Unit - Darlene Davis
- Montgomery County Legislative Committee -Andy Kessler
- EASTERN Center for Arts & Technology - Art Levinowitz
- Equity and Empowerment Steering Committee - Jennifer Iannitti
- Educational Advisory Committee - Titia Scherpbier

Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in Executive Session on March 21, 2022 from 6:00 PM to just before 7:00 PM to discuss the personnel report on the evening's legislative agenda and administrator employment agreements.
