What does April SNOW bring?
Below are the list of important April dates.
We will have visitors in the building
over the next 2-3 weeks.
Some are visiting specific grade levels, but some (on the 14th, 15th, and 18th) will be visiting all classrooms at varying times throughout the day.
My Favorite Website...for digital resources
You can filter by Grade, Resource Type, Common Core Standard and PARCC!!!
It will pull up all of the resources for what you are looking for.
When you click on the resource, it will take you to the site or where it is located.
Then you can tile it in BCPSOne.

Flipping a First Grade Lesson
Students in first grade were beginning a lesson on biographies. Ms. Lederer had the students watch a BrainPop Jr. on Biographies and record what they learned about them BEFORE her direct instruction and modeling. The students came to her ALREADY knowing what a biography because they had watched the video during their morning work!
Students in Ms. Libercci's class rotated through different math stations. There was a Plan B for one of the stations since Padlet was not cooperating on this day.
Visitors from Bedford ES
We had a team of 1st grade teachers (and their Principal) from Bedford ES visit our fabulous 1st grade team!
