FROM THE HEART OF MRS. ROGERS
It's the Little Things
It's the little things in life that make the big difference. Think about the simple joys of life - friendships that last, a cool glass of water on a hot day, listening to someone have a good hearty laugh, the feeling of accomplishing something, struggling through and getting to the end. All of those simple things matter. In a world that seems to only spotlight the biggest and best, be sure you celebrate the little things. Encouraging your students to celebrate the small wins and even the lessons learned in failures goes a long way in preparing them for the world ahead with a balance and resilience that will take them far.

Student Volunteering
"Students will use their gifts, talents and abilities in service to others."
Volunteering impacts those we serve and it blesses us as well. Service is one part of the CrossPointe Vision statement. Volunteering is a graduation requirement and is a requirement for our high school students but we also want our other students to serve as well. Students can document their volunteer hours by clicking this link. All high school volunteer hours will be logged in RenWeb as well.
