B-13 Compliance Training
All middle/high school, post-secondary special education teachers, itinerants, administrators and supervisor designees are strongly encouraged to attend
B-13 is a State Performance Plan indicator that sets compliance standards for secondary transition plans. Typically secondary transition plans start at age 16 but may be written for younger students if appropriate.

Learning Outcomes
- Develop quality transition plans for our students
- Learn MDE's 2016-17 B-13 compliance updates
- Increase Lenawee County's B-13 compliance
- Prepare for spring 2017 B-13 data collection
- Meet B-13 CAP activity requirements (if required for your district)
Training Dates & Times
3 Sessions to Choose From!
- December 1, 2016
- 8:00 to 10:00 AM, 12:30 to 2:30 PM, or 3:30 to 5:30 PM
- LISD TECH Center
- No cost to attend
Substitute reimbursement will be made available for local district special education
teachers up to a predetermined dollar limit.
