The band’s performance Friday night was a testament of hard work and determination in the face of a difficult environment. Thank you to the directors, staff, booster board, team leads and volunteers for making this possible and sustaining positive attitudes. Our students deserve nothing less than our best.
Senior Night is now September 4th
Senior Night has been moved up on the calendar to Friday, September 4. Parents please make plans to arrive at Gate 4 on the southeast corner of the stadium at 6:30pm. The seniors and their parents will walk from the side of the track to the 50-yard line and be recognized by the spectators. Right now, we need to know the names of the parents and escorts that will walk with the senior during the ceremony. Senior Banner Parent Photos – Thursday, August 27 at 7pm
Senior Parents, we want to capture these special moments. We will be gathering at the senior banners in the northwest corner of the stadium for individual and group photos of the parents with the banners on Thursday, August 27 at 7pm. This is not required, but strongly encouraged to show support for our seniors.
Family Night at the Stadium
Thursday, August 27 at 8:00pm will be our first "Family Night at the Stadium". This is a great opportunity for families that are not able to attend the football game to see the show performed. This will be the first of many Thursday night practices open to band families. Please remember to wear a mask and observe physical distancing while sitting in the stands.
Monday is the Last Day for FC Band – Jackets, Yard Signs and Decals
FC Band Items for Sale: Student Jacket, Parent Rain/Snow Jacket, Window Decal and Yard Signs. These items, while optional, are VERY popular within the program and are available to ALL students (not just marching band)! The sale runs through August 24...don't miss out! Swag Orders
If you still need to pick up your order, we will have a table outside of Door 3W after practice on Tuesday at 8:30pm. Students can pick up their orders as they are leaving the building. Students’ Show Shirts
If you are one of the few students that was unable to get your show shirt, do not worry. We have your shirt waiting for you in the band office. When you return, please make sure Mr. Sears takes your photo for the spirit button. Each family receives one FREE spirit button.
Uniform Lead
Our marching band uniforms need an attentive person or a team to prepare for the 2021 marching season. Starting now would give you the benefit of learning from the current lead, Amy Scott. If the students wear the marching uniform next year, you will not regret playing a big part in making that happen. If you have questions, please contact Amy or Travis.
