CMS Athletics Updates

CMS Football Celebrates Undefeated Season at Banquet This Week

Coaches and sponsors will be honoring the Corner Middle School Football Team and Cheerleaders on Tuesday evening at their end-of-year banquet as the squad capped off an undefeated 2022 season. The team, led by head coach, Zachary Weldon, and assistant coaches, Zac Willis, Nic Wilson, and Jarrett Partridge, finished their season with an 8-0 record following a second season victory over the Oak Grove Tigers. The banquet will start at 6:30 PM at High Point Community Church. Congratulations to everyone on a great season!

CMS Cheerleaders Compete at District Cheer Championships

The Corner Middle School Cheerleaders took to district competition on Saturday morning at Clay-Chalkville High School finishing third in their division just behind Bragg and Oak Grove. The squad is coached by Lauren Wakefield and Jennifer Rouse. We are proud of the girls and their hard work this season!
