ADVISOR
It is important to know that the State of Washington requires all students to have weekly contact with a certified advisor to discuss progress on their courses. Your student must communicate with his/her advisor each week via:
- Classmail from the student portal
- 1-866-235-3276
Advisors will be evaluating students every week and at the end of every month. To be on track, students must participate in two-way communication, get passing grades (60 or above), and achieve 35% in their overall percent completion each and every week. With consistent communication and guidance from an advisor, there’s no doubt that your student will be successful in our program.
A few reasons you or your student may want to contact an advisor include:
- Required two-way communication
- To discuss grades or progress
