Monore Memo
October, 2022
A Message From Mrs. Friis-
Families,
Monroe students and staff have had a great first month of school! Teachers and students have reviewed procedures and established routines to be successful in school. At Monroe, our motto is "Remember to be a learner, a thinker, and a positive member of our Monroe community." Students hear this each day at the conclusion of morning announcements. During September, we reviewed what it means to be learners, thinkers, and positive members of our community. Morning announcements throughout the school year will include pictures and videos of students demonstrating these concepts! One of the things you can ask your child when they get home from school is, "How were you a learner, thinker, and positive member of your community today?"
Take care,
Mrs. Andrea Friis
