Students need to bring costumes to school by February 14th for a major grade. Costume descriptions are below:

Opener: New Years Party, sequins, colorful, NO JEANS OR SHORTS

Belles: baggy jeans, big t shirt, hats, like 90s rap video

Dudes: business casual, jeans or khakis, button down shirt, closed toed shoes

Chorale:

Sopranos - Zombies (thriller)

Altos - jackson 5, colorful

Tenors - black pants, white t-shirt, solid color button up

Basses - full suit

Chamber: safari or animal costume

Bel Canto: black dress, pearls, gloves,

Closer: Choir t-shirt and jeans (with no holes)

Monday, February 14: any student singing a solo that wants to practice

Tuesday, February 15: 3:00-8:00 (students not singing a solo should be done by 6:00 at the latest)

Wednesday, February 16: 3:00-800 (students not singing a solo should be done by 6:00 at the latest)

Thursday, February 17: 3:00-8:00 (we hope to be done by 7, but we will run the entire show)

Friday, February 18: Call Time 5:00

Saturday, February 19: Call Time 5:30

Want to send your students an encouraging word with a fun snack or flower? All Showgrams are $3, and you can purchase those at the concert or pre-purchase those now. Either way, you'll add a personal note to the showgrams at the concert.

We're still looking for some items to be sent in for the shows, especially batteries which are used for the handheld microphones. If you can help, sign up here!

There are many fantastic opportunities for your student to attend a summer camp at a university to get started early on the All-State music. Some camp registrations open this week, and some fill up very quickly! Below are some camps along with their registration links, and their dates.

We are also working very hard with the following camps to allow our students to use their fundraising points to help pay for summer choir camps for the first time ever!

We still need people to sign up to participate in the President's Day flag fundraiser this weekend! Students earn points by distributing and then collecting flags the following weekend. For the first time ever, we're hoping to use points toward choir summer camp!! Check out the program here, and sign up here.

Please continue making payments for both Choir trips. We are nearing deadlines for all payments to be due, so please make sure you are caught up on all payments!

The trip meeting for both South Padre and Winter Park will be on March 3rd. It is mandatory for all students traveling to attend, with a parent or guardian.
