Come cool down here at the library - we have air conditioning! Our summer programming events may be winding down, but you're always welcome to come say hi to us!

Kids Summer Reading Program!

Our summer reading program continues! Haven't logged any hours yet? There's still time! Kids can sign up for Summer Reading ANYTIME during the summer. Those that read and report at least 800 minutes by August 25th will earn a paperback book. In addition, each finished reading log also enters you into a grand prize drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card and a Kindle Fire 7 Tablet! Complete multiple logs for multiple entries! Each log has extra challenges that allow you to get additional tickets. There will be multiple runner-up prizes!

Adult Summer Reading Program!

There's still time to pick up your Book Bingo card! To be entered into the drawing to win fun reading-related prizes, Bingo cards must be turned in by August 30th. Grand prize is a Kindle Fire 7 Tablet.

Upcoming Summer Programs

August 4th: Silly Saturday - Find 5 silly things in the library and win a small prize.

August 4th: Storytime Stretches & Summer Crafts - Join us for story time, yoga activities, and summer crafts! For children and families. Will be held at Marblemount Community Hall. 11am-12pm.

August 25th: Grand Prize Drawing for Kids Summer Reading Program - Turn in your reading log by 11am to be entered into the grand prize drawings - the prizes are a Kindle Fire 7 Tablet and a $50 Amazon Gift Card. There will be multiple runner-up prizes.

August 31st: Grand Prize Drawing for Adult Book Bingo - Turn in your Bingo Cards by 2pm to be eligible for the drawing - the Grand Prize is a Kindle Fire 7 Tablet!

Drop-In Computer Assistance!

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, we will have Drop-In Computer Assistance from 11am-1pm. Have questions about your laptop? Or your Smartphone? Bring your questions and Tess and Chazlyn will help however they can!

The Library will be CLOSED August 18th for Cascade Days!

The Upper Skagit Library Foundation will be having a Book Sale during Cascade Days August 18th, 9am-3pm in the Library parking lot. Stop by and support the Library.

Cleaning out your bookshelves? Donate your used books to the Library book sale! Please no encyclopedias or magazines. Drop them off at the library anytime during open hours. Thank you!
