Blood Drive Hosted by HOSA
On Thursday, December 1, the Midlothian High School Health Science HOSA students hosted a blood drive in partnership with Carter BloodCare. Our students showed impactful leadership skills over the last month, signing up students to donate and organizing this event. Today, we were able to collect 121 units of blood, which is a new record and will save 363 lives! In addition, we had several units of blood donated that were immediately taken to the hospital to be processed for patients in critical need of that blood type.

Saturday, December 3rd, the Heritage High School Belles and Rubies are hosting a 5K and one-mile fun run at the Midlothian Community Park!

Clear Bag Guidelines
As you attend athletic events this year and events held in the auditorium, you will need to know the guidelines for clear bags. See the flyer below for more specifics or visit our website.
When to Use HEAR IT. SEE IT. STOP IT.
There are two great ways to report bullying and safety and security issues. One way is to contact campus administration directly and let them know the issue so they can fully investigate the matter. If you need to remain anonymous, then you can use the See IT Hear IT Stop IT tool available to staff, students, and families. This is also a great tool to use if it is after hours and you cannot contact an administrator directly. MISD encourages you to speak to an administrator whenever possible when there is a threat to student or staff safety or security.
