CARPOOL PROCEDURES
- Morning Carpool Procedures - There are two entrances to the Bumpus campus. CarpooL turns in at the 2nd entrance off of Flemming Pkwy. Students may not exit the car until 7:30. Students should be dropped off in the front of the building beginning at approximately 8:13 because they will likely be tardy and parents will need to come sign them in for the day. Students are dropped off in a single line. Students should exit the car all along the carpool sidewalk to expedite unloading. Please do not cut across the parking lot.
- Afternoon Carpool Procedures - There are two entrances to the Bumpus campus. Carpool turns in at the 2nd entrance off of Flemming Pkwy. Please allocate enough time to get to your next destination. Students are picked up in a double line. Please do not cut across the parking lot. Students can only get in his/her car in the carpool loading zone which is along the covered sidewalk. Students are responsible for seeing his/her car. If a student does not enter the car when it is in the loading zone then the parents will have to go around and get back in the carpool line. Teachers will not call individual student names. For safety reasons parents cannot park in the parking lot and have his/her student walk across the carpool line to get in the car. Students must stay on the sidewalk while waiting and cannot have headphones in during this time.
