CR West Week 20
To Know God and to Make Him Known
End of Year Celebration
Our End of Year Celebration is approaching! It will be held on Monday, April 18th at 6:30 at Calvary Church. I realize this is a bit tricky because we have our last day of community on this day. It worked out this way because of the snow day we suffered in early February. The celebration should last one hour or less, so we hope to see everyone there! Please feel free to invite your friends, family, grandparents, etc. Our desire is to celebrate and honor our children and families!

Classical Tutor
About Stephanie
I consider teaching an honor and a calling. I graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have been teaching for the past 8 years. My passion for reading, writing, and history are evident in my teaching style. I love to introduce my students to a world of possibilities in literature. My philosophy of education is simple: successful students read and write often with a desire to learn. My goal is to mentor and inspire my students to be people of high character with a passion to learn.
About Classical Tutor
Summer can be a time full of fun. It can also be a time of learning loss, if we are not intentional about retaining the skills that were acquired in the past year. This summer, I am excited to offer a small group tutoring and enrichment program. I will be offering several sessions including a Reader’s Workshop, a Writer’s Workshop, and Logic for Beginners. The groups will consist of 4-6 children who have a desire to grow in a particular area of study. The sessions will be held each Thursday from June 16th - July 21st and will meet at the local library for one hour per week. I offer my support to families in an effort to keep the excitement of learning alive with your kids over the summer! I look forward to meeting the "Classical Conversations" Castle Rock chapter on March 21, 2016 during your lunch hour. Thank you!
