CSDA November 2021 Newsletter
It's costume measuring time!! Normally we would be measuring for costumes Wednesday, Dec. 1st–Tuesday, Dec. 7th during your child's class time. Last year, due to COVID, we had you measure your dancer at home and that worked great. BUT, with shipping times unpredictable these days we want to order costumes as soon as possible. You will see Miss Amanda Smith, or Miss Tiffany popping into classes starting the first week of November to measure your dancers. Please make sure your dancers are in proper dance attire so measurements will be accurate.
Hip Hoppers, Break dancers and Boys classes do not need to be measured. Please fill out this form https://forms.gle/E4hs498FegG4CoTG9 by November 20th with your dancers sizes. (Exception! Hippity Hoppers will be measured and above form does not need to be filled out.)
Viewing & Illness Policy
Every week you are able to watch your dancers and still stay connected to the studio through zoom. To access the zoom, click the camera icon under today's schedule in your parent portal. Our zoom will time out if no one is watching and sometimes the teachers do not notice while they are running the class. If you try to log in and can’t get in, please be patient and text 774-343-9209. We will reach out to the teacher to log back in.
For illnesses please follow the same policy as schools. If your child is not feeling well or has been exposed to an illness please text 774-343-9209 to zoom class. Even though zooms are open, we need to give the teacher a heads up of any dancer dancing at home. Thank you to everyone who is already practicing this policy and zooming when needed!
