Amazing Water Soluble Vitamins

What do they do for your body?

Water soluble vitamins help regulate digestion and the absorption of nutrients. They are essential to life, and help carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and minerals to work properly.

Saturation may be reached when dissolved in water

What happens if our body doesn't have enough or has too much?

If you give your body too many vitamins, your body will flush out as much as it can through your urine. However, an example, if you have too much Vitamin C, it is possibly you can develop kidney stones. Beings there is not a lot of information of what would happen to your body if you had too little, I am going to assume that you would feel run down, and you would be classified as "having a vitamin deficiency."

  • Vitamin B1: Thiamine- found in whole grains and nuts
  • Vitamin B5: Pantothenic Acid- found in most vegetables and meat sources
  • Vitamin 7: Biotin- found in most vegetables and meat sources
  • Vitamin B9: Folic Acid- found in seeds and liver
  • Vitamins B12: Cyanacobalamin- found in all animals sources but no vegetable sources
