Launching a New Business Builder Checklist
Launching a new builder can vary based on their circumstances & goals. Here are the steps for an optimal launch for your new builder.
Guide them STEP BY STEP. CONTINUE TO TELL THEM THEY MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. Set goals and make a plan for success! Cast a big vision and lead with excitement!
Don’t throw everything at them all at once. Be mindful that although we follow the same system with everyone, not everyone goes at the same pace.
☐ Help them to SIGN-UP and Place their START ORDER using ASVP Sheet and Good, Great, Awesome investment levels. It is not our job to spend their money but it is our responsibility to equip them with the tools they need to be successful. If you are not setting people up properly with the right tools for their business, you are setting them up to fail. Cast a vision for helping them promote to DM and AM.
☐ Find out their WHYs – you cannot coach someone if you don’t know why they decided to do Arbonne!
Fill in the Arbonne 1-2-3 Document with them and send them the Getting Started Smore.
- Help them develop their WHY. Make sure it's not only about the products.
- Help them develop their VISION. How will Arbonne make a difference for them?
☐ Meet with their DREAM TEAM top 4-10 people by phone, zoom, or in person - alone or in groups. Do as many DA calls as it takes to find them a team ASAP! Your goal is not to launch one person, but to launch their friends too so they start with an entire LEG! This creates momentum and belief because your new builder sees results right away and has friends to share this exciting experience with! Give them the 40 Faces doc to help them track their conversations. Be sure you tell new builders WHY we focus on sharing the business first, HOW to share it, and with WHOM. (Read Go Pro)
☐ Schedule 4-8 back-to-back LAUNCH SHOWS in the current month. This is their hands-on training. Explain that you will do these shows whether they have guests or not because this is how we train people. At the same time, emphasize the importance of having guests there to find business partners, book shows and sell products. And the goal is to launch their new business builders at the same time! (These events can be in person or via zoom)
☐ Challenge them to BOOK an additional 4-8 shows in their first 30 days so that they are learning and following our system of at least 8 shows a month and a Revolving 10. Have them plug into appropriate trainings, personalize the Funnel script and then role play with them until they feel comfortable making calls.
☐ Give them the MATERIALS they need to run their business. Go thru the Welcome Smore together as well as the How to Do an Event Smore. Be sure to direct them to Kirsebom Google Folder Have them click on the Team Resources tab > New Consultant Basics. Also have them print what they need from the Print for Demos Binder for their events.
☐ Help them CREATE LAUNCH ANNOUNCEMENT & invitations. Give them samples or a template and encourage them to personalize it. Emphasize the importance of a personal phone call and/or text versus just sending emails and/or FB invites (no group messages). Use WordSwag & Photofy app for quick & easy invite reminders!
☐ Get them REGISTERED for any upcoming trainings or events (i.e. GTC, AIT, Impact) and have them add Team Calls, Nation meetings, and any other Upcoming Events to their calendar.
☐ Show them HOW TO PLACE ORDERS & sign new people up as PCs and Consultants.
☐ Get them PLUGGED IN. Add them to the team Facebook page, Healthy Living page, and team Voxer
☐ Show them the ARBONNE WEBSITE and THE SOURCE and set up their profile on the personal website that came with their consultant membership.
☐ Help them order BUSINESS CARDS w/photo (pens, lapboards) at Arbonne Boutique.
☐ Get them into PERSONAL GROWTH Recommend books including Go Pro by Eric Worre, Get Over Your Damn Self, and The 4 Year Career.

Tips: Keep in mind that you are a coach (not a boss) and your job is to teach, inspire, encourage and blaze a trail, which means you are doing all of these things too! Set the bar high for yourself and your business partners by casting a HUGE vision and staying positive and inspired! Remember that everything we do needs to be duplicable so don’t complicate things or stray from our “recipe” for success. It works if we do! Don’t be afraid to launch several people at once, especially in the same leg! That’s time leveraging at its best and creates awesome momentum and quick results for your new builders! Be sure to explain that while they are being taught our system, they are also being taught how to teach our system to others. Careful not to overwhelm people. Remind them that you will be there every step of the way. Always keep the main thing the main thing…ACTIVITY! Follow these steps and you will enjoy awesome success and have lots of fun!
