"Thank You Mentors"

I would like to start by saying “Thank You “ for an outstanding job working with the mentees this school year. I have had the opportunity to see firsthand the support that you have provide the mentees. Many of the mentees have a new confidence level and have grown as professionals in the teaching arena. Your dedication and time to them has proven to be valuable. Please turn in your final mentor log of this school year to me no later than Thursday, June 1st in order for me to meet the June 2ndpayroll due date. You will need to have at least four (4) contacts on the mentor log. If you have already completed the four contacts for this month, please sign and have the mentee, principal or their designee to sign and you may go ahead and submit the logs to me via courier and/or fax. If you fax the document(s) please remember to send the original signed copy to me through the courier. Thank you for your service this school year. I look forward to working with you in the 2017 – 2018 school year.
